{ utah wedding photography giveaway }

I am SO incredibly excited for this! One reason I absolutely love weddings is all the emotion and happiness that I see in the eyes of the couples. It makes my heart happy to see that two people have found each other and want to be together forever. Every time I shoot a wedding it brings me back to mine and all the emotions I felt that day. It’s hard to believe that your love for your husband or wife just grows exponentially after your wedding day, but it does! I LOVE shooting weddings, and I want to give a lucky couple the best wedding present that I can give. I want to be there with them on that wonderful day that they become husband and wife.

{ 7 weeks old }

I can't believe how fast these first 7 weeks has gone! It's been incredible being the mommy of two sweet girls. We are still getting into a routine and figuring out how to get everything done while having two kids, but I think we are getting there. I had my first wedding, after Cece was born, this last Friday and that was hard being away. But I had such a great time! Second most important thing I brought with me was my breast pump. Haha!

Cecelia is starting to chunk up, which I'm so thrilled about. She has started to sleep a good 6-7 hour chunk at night and good naps throughout the morning, which makes me so happy! I'm actually able to be awake during most days. I'm so grateful for how wonderful a big sister that Berkley is. She is so helpful and just loves to snuggle with her little sister.

{ 2012 }

So much has happened in our family this year! We've moved, switched jobs, had a graduation, made new friends, and welcomed a beautiful little girl into our lives. Of course I'd much rather post pictures of our year than write, so here ya go!

January {Berkley turns 3!}

February + March {We welcomed my grandparents from Mexico to Utah! We loved having them here for so long. It was so wonderful for them to get to know Berkley. We also took several trips to the temple. It was fun teaching Berkley about what a special place it is.}

April {We found out we were pregnant and Matt graduated with his Masters in Social Work from BYU}

8 week ultrasound

May + June {Matt got a job right after graduation and we moved to Midvale. We also found out that we were having another girl, and Matt's sister, Annie, married her high school sweetheart!}

November {Cecelia Mae Dahlin was born on November 19th. The best day of the year...just doubled the number of kids we have.} and Matt got a new job.
